The Erasmus+ Programme is the European Union’s grant programme in the fields of education, youth, and sports.
It supports international opportunities for education, training, internships, professional development, and non-formal learning activities, as well as cooperation among institutions.
Erasmus+ aims to equip individuals of all ages and educational backgrounds with new skills, enhance their personal development, and improve their employability.
The total budget of the Erasmus+ Programme for the 2021–2027 period across Europe is €28.4 billion.
Activities supported under the Erasmus+ Programme are primarily organized under three Key Actions (KA) and one Special Action.
Except for the actions under the “Centralised Calls for Proposals,” all Erasmus+ Programme applications are received and evaluated by the Turkish National Agency. The Centralised Calls for Proposals are managed by the European Commission’s Executive Agency based in Brussels.
